Join us for the public release of our 2023 Triomphe Signature Bordeaux Blend and a special vertical tasting featuring the 2021, 2022, and 2023 vintages.

Each year, our father-son winemakers, Scott and Cameron Nelson, craft Triomphe from five classic Bordeaux varietals, blending to bring out the very best of that year’s harvest. While the varietals remain the same, the proportions and personality of each vintage are uniquely their own.

Three-Vintage Vertical Tasting | $20

Taste three distinctly different expressions of Triomphe side by side. Discover the differences in aroma, flavor, and structure, find your favorite, and perhaps take home a bottle or two to enjoy now or tuck away for a special occasion.

A Wine with Purpose

Since our beginnings in 2014, Triomphe has been Résolu Cellars’ flagship wine and our family’s tribute to those who have served in the U.S. Armed Forces.

With a family legacy of military service, including Cameron’s service in the U.S. Marine Corps (2005–2009), this wine represents more than exceptional craftsmanship. It’s our way of honoring service and making a meaningful difference.

$3 from every bottle sold supports a veteran nonprofit.

For 2026, we’re proud to support GHM Boutique / Gung Ho Ministries, whose hands-on mission provides direct assistance to veterans in need.

Discover the 2023 Triomphe

Our newest vintage spent 32 months in barrel, developing a beautifully balanced Bordeaux blend with aromas of leather, tobacco, and hickory. Strawberry and ripe cherry lead the palate, with medium tannins, a soft mouthfeel, and a smooth finish.

Approachable enough to enjoy now, with the structure to cellar for a special occasion.

Produced in a small lot of just 94 cases.

How the Sip & Shop Passport works:

• You’ll be directed to pick up your passport map, Swag bag including restaurant specials and more, and tasting glass* (While Supplies last) at one of three check-in locations
• Sip, stroll & shop your way between 2nd and 4th Avenue and Washington to Lincoln, featuring 15+ retail locations, discovering wine, cider, and zero-proof tastings all along Main Street and beyond. Snack at the soaking stations placed along your stroll. Select merchants are offering bonus prizes during your visit.
• Visit the retailers and restaurants noted on the passport and collect stamps at a minimum of seven shops. No retail purchase required. Our intent is to introduce you to some of the key contributors who make and keep Historic Downtown great.
• Drop your completed passport at any participating retail location. Completed passports will be collected and raffle drawings for themed gift baskets valued between $30 – $70.

Veterans Day holds special meaning for our family at Résolu Cellars. With generations of military service in our family, including our son and winemaker Cameron Nelson’s service in the U.S. Marine Corps, we’re proud to recognize the dedication and sacrifice of our nation’s veterans.

As the holiday season approaches, we’re bringing Italy back to the Résolu table for an intimate evening of food, wine, stories and a little Italian inspiration.

Join Résolu Cellars and Alessandra Gardino of Customized Journeys for a special evening exploring the flavors, wines and traditions of Northern and Central Italy through the lens of food, wine and travel.

This isn’t a traditional dinner. It’s a curated small-plate wine pairing experience, designed to let each dish and wine shine together.

Guests will enjoy five chef-created tasting plates prepared by FG Amore Chef Micah, paired with five Résolu wines. Each pairing will explore the relationship between Italian-inspired cuisine and the varietals that have influenced Scott’s winemaking.

We’ll begin, or perhaps finish, with bubbles. The final sparkling selection and pairing will be chosen alongside Chef Micah’s menu.

Throughout the evening, Winemaker Scott Nelson will share the stories behind the wines while Alessandra Gardino brings the regions, cuisine and culture of Italy to life.

You’ll also get a glimpse of Northern Italy Uncorked, the handcrafted May 2027 journey Scott and Kathie have selected for a small group of fellow wine and travel enthusiasts.
