Join Résolu Cellars, Chef Vincenzo Nunzi, and Alessandra Gardino of Customized Journeys for an unforgettable evening celebrating the flavors, wines, and traditions of Northern and Central Italy.

Guided by Chef Vincenzo, guests will enjoy five thoughtfully curated Italian tasting plates paired with five Résolu wines, each inspired by regions stretching from the Ligurian coast near Genoa through Tuscany and into Central Italy. From rustic soups and handmade pasta traditions to classic Tuscan flavors and regional desserts, each pairing will highlight the unique culinary heritage, ingredients, and stories that make these destinations beloved by travelers and food lovers alike. Fresh Ligurian focaccia will be served throughout the tasting experience.

Winemaker Scott Nelson, Chef Vincenzo Nunzi, and Alessandra Gardino of Customized Journeys will guide guests through the wines, cuisine, and culture of Northern and Central Italy. Through expertly paired small plates, regional stories, and personal insights, you'll experience Italy from multiple perspectives—its vineyards, its kitchens, and its treasured destinations. Guests will also receive an exclusive preview of a handcrafted 2027 Italian journey selected by Scott and Kathie for those who wish to experience these regions firsthand alongside fellow wine and travel enthusiasts.

Born and raised near Florence, Chef Vincenzo Nunzi brings a lifetime of Italian culinary tradition to every dish he creates. Drawing inspiration from the diverse regional cuisines of his homeland and years of professional experience in both Italy and the Pacific Northwest, Chef Vincenzo combines authentic flavors, cultural storytelling, and a passion for hospitality to create memorable dining experiences.
