Craft Wine Bar & Production - Hillsboro
Newly expanded in February 2022 from the addition to our home in Beaverton to Historic Downtown Hillsboro. The craft wine bar is open every weekend, Friday & Saturday. Enjoy select Résolu Cellars wines by flight, glass, or bottle as well as featured craft wine producers, who like us for so long, don't have tasting rooms.
You'll find a bit of history woven into the new location in the form of reclaimed materials and restoration of the Hillsboro Glass building established in 1952. In addition to the locale, guests can learn more about craft winery production, where our fruit is sourced, and our winemaking team.
