$100 for 2 features: A Three-Course Dinner – Fresh salad, entrée, and decadent chocolate fondue dessert prepared by personal Chef Curtis Friedline, Elm St. Elementary. Includes either recommended wine flight pairing or a glass of your choice.

Upon arrival, guests will receive a sparkling wine, setting the tone for a memorable night of gourmet flavors and perfectly paired wines.

• First Course: Begin with a crisp, vegetarian-friendly Caesar salad perfectly complemented by our Rosé of Pinot Noir or Viognier.
• Main Course: Choose between two expertly paired options
  • Lasagna with rich, pork-based meat sauce paired with Cabernet Sauvignon
  • Gluten-free, vegetarian eggplant Parmesan ideally matched with the medium-bodied Sangiovese or Barbera
• Dessert: Conclude with a decadent dark chocolate fondue, served with an assortment of indulgent sides, and paired with your choice of our bold Vino Barbitivo or the Triomphe Signature Blend.
