You’ll be greeted by the beautiful deep garnet color. Allspice, peppercorn, dark cherry leads to cherry cola with black fruit and a hint of graham cracker on the nose.  Some berry and pepper notes, light but flavorful with white pepper and tobacco on the finish. Perfect for pairing with paella or steamed mussels with saffron.
