Our Spring wine release and club pick up is held at the tasting room & winery on 4th, 262 SE 4th Ave, Hillsboro, OR 97008
On Saturday, April 5th we’ll release 7 new vintages and sharing previously released wines too so you can select wines you enjoy to fulfill your club commitment. We also have a limited inventory of wines from previous vintages on hand to restock your cellar.
- We are closing the tasting room to the public on Saturday, April 5th to serve you.
- You can expect an open-house format to taste through and select the wines for your club fulfillment* while you enjoy 3 pairings with the wines being served plus a voucher for Westside Pizza House food truck on site. RSVP below so you can let us know when we might expect you.
Here are the ways you can fulfill your commitment:
- Join us in person to taste the newly released and current portfolio of wines. Select your preferred date & time and any dietary restrictions. Simply complete the RSVP form below.
- Not able to attend? Cellar club members in-state who are unable to attend have 2 options:
- Log in and personalize your allocation in the Cellar Club member portal for processing on May 9th using the card on file. New wines added after March 29th.
- Drop into the tasting room to taste and make your selection before May 5th.
- Wine club members who reside out of state and can't attend may log in and customize their order for May shipping. If you have questions or need assistance logging in, please reach out.
- Cellar club allocations not customized will be fulfilled with the Winemakers Selection of processed on May 8th with Winemaker Selection of '23 Viognier, , '22 Malbec, '22 Primitivo.

FAQ
Q: How many guests can we bring? Your club membership includes guest(s) based on club level. We welcome guests. We typically suggest a tasting fee of $25 for guests that exceed your club membership level however our zero tasting fee options apply. *fee waived with a minimum purchase of 3 bottles or club membership.
Club du Vin – Member + 1 guest
Q: What is my club commitment period? Because you get to choose wines you enjoy, we allocated a 60-day window for members to fulfill their commitment of 3*, 6, or 12 bottles. The 60-day window is 30 days before our wine club release and 30 days following.
- If you've placed your initial or additional orders since January, we apply it to your Spring club commitment. We welcome you to experience our cellar club and wine release too.
- Following the wine release event, for those who could not make the event, or place an order beforehand; you'll receive a request to customize your order online or contact us with your preferences. We'll process your order at the close of the 30 days following the wine release event, using your card on file. If the allocation is not fulfilled, membership benefits will be on hold until your commitment is fulfilled.
*Note: prior 3-bottle memberships are grandfathered. The 3-bottle option is no longer available.
Q: When are the wine release events? Club commitment periods are Spring & Fall so we offer food & wine events to assist with your selection. In addition, we offer two bonus events, early summer to release our white and sparkling wines and Veterans Day weekend to release our signature and military tribute Triomphe Bordeaux Blend.
