Nose: Red currant, vanilla bean, baking spice, tart pie cherry, cinnamon, baked strawberry, cedar
Palate: smooth front palate with bright red currant. Juicy and lively on the palate. Super sippable. Pairs nicely with chocolate to bring out the Bing cherry on the front and side palate. Low acidity.
Pair with molé or mushroom demi-glace.
